Shopping at stores like Macy's and Sephora for cosmetics can often time be draining on the wallet. This is why it is important to pay attention to the weekly specials. Determining if a "sale" is actually a deal can be the hardest part. When a sale is occuring make sure the percent off is taken off the item you want to purchase, not just the sale items.
